Early-access privacy.

This notice covers Wuzup’s marketing website and early-access emails about iPhone beta invitations and launch updates. The iPhone app is still in development.

Signing up

The only information we ask you to enter is your email address. Kit, our email service provider, processes that address, your subscription status, confirmation timestamps and routine technical data associated with signup and email delivery.

Signup uses double opt-in: Kit sends a confirmation email from support@wuzup.app, and you confirm that you want Wuzup beta invitations and launch updates. Joining the list does not guarantee a beta invitation or a launch date.

Email tracking

Kit tracks email opens and link clicks. Those events can be associated with your subscription and help us understand engagement with our emails. The signup and email service also processes routine technical information, such as IP address and browser or device information.

Kit processes subscriber information for Wuzup under its Data Processing Addendum. Its Privacy Policy also explains Kit’s processing of service usage data.

Visiting this website

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and processes routine technical request data to deliver it. We haven’t added separate website analytics or advertising trackers. The signup form contacts Kit when you submit it; email tracking through Kit is described above.

Unsubscribe and deletion

You can unsubscribe from Wuzup updates using the unsubscribe link in an email. Unsubscribing and requesting deletion are separate choices.

We use Kit to keep signup and confirmation records while administering the early-access list. To ask about information held about you, request a correction, or request deletion, email support@wuzup.app. Provider backup and legal retention requirements can apply when information is deleted.
